資深劇場演員、導演、戲劇及聲線訓練導師。
1996年香港演藝學院戲劇學院一級榮譽藝術學士，主修表演。2007年國家戲劇學院（澳洲悉尼）戲劇碩士，
主修聲線訓練。
1996-1998年以自由劇場工作模式任演員及戲劇訓練導師。1998-2001年為中英劇團全職演員。
2001-2011年於香港演藝學院戲劇學院（表演系）擔任全職講師，教授演技及聲線訓練。
2011年後轉以自由劇場工作模式至今。曾參與近百齣不同類型的舞台劇場演出當中包括演員和導演工作，
亦於電視和電影的製作中擔任演員，並為不同機構、團體、學院及個人任戲劇或聲線訓練導師。
於第七屆【1998】香港舞台劇獎* 獲最佳女主角《雞春咁大隻曱甴兩頭岳》(悲／正劇)，同屆獲最佳女配角《五個相撲的少年》(喜／鬧劇)，第十屆【2001】獲最佳女主角《點解手牽狗》（喜／鬧劇），二十一屆【2012】獲最佳女配角《辛辣人妻》(喜／鬧劇)，【2016】第十屆華文戲劇節優秀表演獎女《老娘企硬》及【2019】二十八屆最佳女配角《他媽的葬禮》（喜鬧劇）。
Cecilia is a veteran actress and director in theatre arts, and an educator specializing in drama and Voice/Text training.
In 1996, Ng graduated with a First Class Honour Bachelor of Fine Arts, majoring in Acting, from the School of Drama at the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts. She went on to complete a Master of Dramatic Art (Voice Studies) at the National Institute of Dramatic Art in Sydney, Australia, in 2007.
From 1996 to 1998, Ng worked as a freelance actress and drama instructor. She then became a full-time actress with the Chung Ying Theatre Company from 1998 to 2001. Between 2001 and 2011, she served as a full-time Acting and Voice Training Lecturer at the School of Drama's Acting Department at the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts.
Since 2011, Ng has been a freelance theatre practitioner, participating in nearly a hundred theatre productions as both an actor and a director. She also has experience acting in television and film productions and has provided drama and voice training for various organizations, groups, institutions, and individuals.
Ng has received numerous accolades throughout her career. She was awarded the Best Actress Award (Tragedy/Drama) and Best Supporting Actress Award (Comedy/Farce) at the 7th Hong Kong Drama Awards* in 1998. She also received the Best Actress Award (Comedy/Farce) at the 10th Hong Kong Drama Awards in 2001, the Best Supporting Actress Award (Comedy/Farce) at the 21st Hong Kong Drama Awards in 2012, the Outstanding Performance Award for Female at the 10th Chinese Drama Festival in 2016, and the Best Supporting Actress Award at the 28th Hong Kong Drama Awards (Comedy/Farce) in 2019.
