現為榞劇場（首位）駐團藝術家，擔任全日制全方位藝術全人培植—戲劇表演及創作導師，亦與劇團共同協作不同類型計劃，包括《Creative Rehab》，以身心技巧（Somatic Approaches）切入，透過藝術及教育，重新檢視身與心的關係，學習聆聽與回應身體的感受。於2023年，創作以此意念為核心的獨腳戲《My Therapist Said:》，以及開辦女性專屬表演研習班《ACTRESS POWER》。
郭翠怡於2009年畢業於香港演藝學院戲劇學院，主修表演。2010至2012年度劇季為中英劇團全職演員。2017年夏季前往法國跟隨Philippe Gaulier深造。於演藝學院戲劇學院，擔任2021/22年度兼職講師。2023年開始於Body-Mind Centering修習Somatic Movement Education。
郭氏現為跨媒介表演工作者及創作人，除了戲劇界別中擔任演員、編劇、導演、創作指導、戲劇及演技導師等崗位外，以不同身份參與多個舞蹈製作、展覽式劇場、電視電影製作等等。2024年獲香港展能藝術會邀請，為香港三位視障藝術家，擔任跨媒介表演組別的師友導師。
郭氏憑My Therapist Said: II《穿a窿》獲2024-25香港小劇場獎最佳女主角；2013-14最佳女主角《重遇在最後一天》獲香港小劇場獎優秀女演員獎項，及提名香港戲劇協會最佳女配角（悲／正劇）組別；《5月35日》獲提名香港戲劇協會最佳女主角（悲／正劇）組別；《Gap Life》（重演）獲提名香港戲劇協會最佳女配角（喜／鬧劇）組別；《在平坦的路上看不到日出》獲提名香港小劇場獎最佳編劇。

個人作品包括：於2014年創作首個個人獨腳戲《一人無方》，次年與團劇團合辦重演。於2023年，創作獨腳戲《My Therapist Said:》，2025年獲LCSD邀請參予「獨腳戲系列」與榞劇場合辦重整演出 My Therapist Said: II《穿a窿》。

Chui-yi Kwok, often referred to as Tree, is the first Artist-in-residence of Radix Troupe Limited. She, serves as a tutor for Acting and Creative courses in the Full-time All-round Dramatic Arts training programme and collaborates on various workshops and creative projects with Radix Troupe.
Kwok graduated in 2009 from the School of Drama at the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, majoring in acting. Between 2010 and 2012, she worked as a full-time actor with Chung Ying Theater Company. In 2017, she furthered her studies with Philippe Gaulierin France. From 2021 to 2022, she was a part-time lecturer at the School of Drama, Academy for Performing Arts. Since 2023, she has been studying Somatic Movement Education at Body-Mind Centering.
As a cross-media performer and creator, Kwok is an actor, playwright, creative director, and drama and acting instructor. She has been involved in a variety of dance productions, exhibition theatres, television programs, films, and more. In 2023, Kwok began collaborating with Radix Troupe on the "Creative Rehab" project, which uses somatic practices in art and education to explore the relationship between the human body and mind. As part of this project, she created a solo piece titled "My Therapist Said : " and conducted a series of workshops.
In 2024, Kwok was invited by the Hong Kong Arts with Disabilities Association to mentor three visually impaired artists in the cross-media performance category. Additionally, she was invited and sponsored by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department of the Hong Kong Government to re-run her solo piece "My Therapist Said : " in February 2025.
Kwok has received several accolades throughout her career. In 2024/25, she was awarded the the Hong Kong Small Theater Award for Best Actress. 2013/14, she was awarded the Hong Kong Small Theater Award^^ for Outstanding Actress in the Tragedy/Drama category. She was nominated for the Hong Kong Drama Awards* for Best Actress in Tragedy/Drama in 2016 and Supporting Actress in Comedy/Farce in 2020. Additionally, she received a nomination for Best Playwright in the Hong Kong Small Theater Award for 2014/15.
